What happened to Onecard Deals

For the last 2 months onecard seems to have completely stopped giving 10% or 15% valueback offers on stores around me, it's only 2% value back points on almost everything these days
What happened, offers around me was the best part of onecard, now it's a useless card

It was devalued by Onecard in August.

Now company wants to increase their income by cutting value back of customers.

After Devaluation now it has become useless, no offer, no benefit nothing
