What happens to reward points in case of refunds?

So i bought for 1440 in Mark and Spencer and got normal reward points for it now, i had to make a return and they refunded it into my magnus for 490. The normal reward points i have got has not been reversed so far, would this get reversed? Same happnes for 40x points?

Axis will take the points back. They will reverse the normal points, and you would get accelerated rewards based on the amount you paid minus the refund.

Same applies for milestone? Bought samsung friedge for 40k mainly targeted for 1L milestone last month. Now have some issues with fridge, they will either refund or replace, in case of refund i wont be getting milestone too?

Yes, Axis is very late to credit points but very fast to reverse it. So don't expect any kind of lenience from axis. They work as a typical Indian bank counting each rupee and doesn't care about customer service.

yes you will not get milestone for the month of the purchase if it drops below 1lac

It will have a effect axis will reverse the points. And if transferred to any program. It will be reversed from your next credit
