What is cibil personal score ?

When I was taking my home loan from BOI couple of years back, my cibil score was around 770 and the interest rate was lesser for 800+ scores. When I asked the manager, he mentioned my personal cibil score is above 800, even if my cibil score is less. I kind of forgot about it until I joined this forum.

I found this link, but this is personal loan score.. which takes only unsecured loans into account

Does anyone know how if BOI is referring to personal loan score or something else ?

"Rate Of Interest(ROI)
ROI is linked with CIBIL Personal Score (in case of individuals)"

They might be talking about different bureau 💀 like crif, Experian.

I think it's the same one. Just some printing mistake.
