It's the highest credit balance that you had in credit card so far. It doesn't affect credit score much. Defaults, high credit utilisation ratio, too many loans or hard inquires within a short period etc affect credit score badly. Refer below for more details:

This is hdfc shit which has been fixed.

Highest credit means highest credit used in billing .

Earlier highest cc limit used in hdfc was the highest limit reported in cibil .
Now
Total limit is reported.

Don't stress about cibil . anything between 755+ is good 😊
