What is the problem with Axis and idfc with First name users

I have applied axis flipkart also tried idfc cc online. Both rejected with same reason last name is mandatory. I uses only single name Anurag and all documents have same. I also tried putting first name and last name but still they rejected stating aadhar must have same name as filled. Is there any logic behind this? Sbi icici and Bob isssud cc without any issue

Some banks don't issue card for single name. Nothing you can do other than talking with their grievance department. This is their policy.

Try giving N/A in last name?

No they said name. Must be same as on aadhar card and the problem is that name updation is not allowed in my aadhar so i m not able to add my father details also in my name

axis bank started accepting first name only application recently. you may try

I have applied but still in process from last 10 days. Is there any official news about it?
