I got this mail just now

I now have OCD thanks to the empty spaces below the last line of the text in the post body.

Coming back to the post,
It basically says "hey look, RBI wants us to report to credit bureaus about your account fortnightly (once every two weeks). We in accordance with the set rules, will be following as requested. We just thought you should know about it. If you are still not able to understand, just contact us and we will tell you the same thing over and over again, on call. You really don't need to do this, but if you do, feel free to contact us".
