What is this new issue with Cashback Credit Cards Payment ?

I am facing issue wih the payment for my SWIGGY HDFC CASHBAC card. The bill amount is Rs. 38 and CRED/HDFC is NOT letting me pat this amount.

In fact, I am facing the same issue on my ex-gf SBI CASHBACK card, she has a bill of 5480 but through CRED the maximum amount paid was 5450 and now the card has 30 rupees outstanding and there seems to be no way to clear that outstanding bill.

I am sharing a screenshot from my phone for the HDFC card issue where HDFC clearly says that minimum amount that can be paid is 100 and not 38 and when I try to pay 100, it says you can pay a maximum 38 only. (The app in use is CRED)



Please help. Seems like the issue is only with Cashback cards.

kindly try to settle your remaining credit card bill payment via neft route.

With the use of BBPS, only bill amount can be paid in respect of various card. try Mobikwik/ Airtel Thanks/ Online banking.

neft, direct bank bill desk are some options for under 100. bank not responsible for late payments or how cred or TPAs designed their UI.
