What is Total Relationship Value in HDFC?

Can someone please explain what is TRV in hdfc bank as one of the bank staff is saying it is savings account balance + fd +rd and some other people are saying TRV is savings + Fd + Demat holding and some guys are saying demat is not calculated in Relationship value that you hold in your bank brokerage account.
