What limit it needs to upgrade Axis card to Magnus

I have Atlas, Flipkart & IOCL card with shared limit of 1.2L
what limit it needs to be to get a Magnus card ?

as I called customer care multiple times, sometime they say 3L limit require, sometime says 5L, and sometime 12L
and sometime says that its not showing eligible to you.
