What proof are you submitting for bharatnxt payments to Axis?

Not sure why this is not being discussed or maybe I am the only one stuck with it.

I have received email from Axis and they have blocked all my redemptions. I have bharatnxt genuine speeds for just few transactions like flat maintenance and water bill but remaining I do not have any evidence.

What can I submit? How do I generate?

I think this was discussed in some other thread. They unblocked account after producing bills + escalating to RBI.

Not sure what bills were submitted though.

I am asking same question, i have all genuine spends on bharatnxt but people not discussing dont know
 
I tried to sent bills on axis suppor email webpage but after submitting something went wrong error showing dont know what to do, 50k credited but cant redeem
 
Click on the link and upload the bills and submit, you should get an automated response. If not working the write to pno@axisbank.com and include the bills. If you paid water bills and maintenance then you should have the bills already or maintenance receipt, submit that. For convenience fees invoice you can login to BharatNXT and get the invoice from the transaction history. Send all the invoices to the above mail Id.

So I did send my water bills, maintenance bills already but they are asking me to ALL the other transactions as well. I paid my maid and drivers too using bharthnxt I paid around 4k twice for AC repairing how do I get bills for these
 
Bhai Yeh to forgery ho gayi. Better to get from someone known who has gst number or from shop owner after paying gst and his commission
Jab bank credit card pe khud ke kharche pe sawal uthae (as if expense report and not own spends) to kahe ki forgery. Waise bhi ye govt to hai nahi. Anyway you can give respect to axis bank and follow what jack mentioned. I would treat them as the little pricks they are.

@RewardsAlert @Wealth is my birth right! @Rkr @CMG and other members, they deactivated my er account like others but i made genuine Bharatnxt transactions but on axis support email where they say attach invoices, even I attached invoices, when i submit its shows something went wrong error so cant submit, I already have more than 50k points please help…i sent those invoices too pno@axisbank.com and premier.experience @axisbank.com but still no reply…if anybody whose er account deactivated and reactivated tell me the full process and process to contact them and earliest resolution, i called burgundy customer care more than times they say we dont have email access so…
