Some time ago agent from hdfc cc team called me for apply a credit card then I send him all the details & with my consent she applied for the cc. Then my card application got rejected. But after one month today without my consent the applied again for cc with my existing data. In my cibil there is a enquiry by hdfc cc. What I have to do?

I already asked her she said she didn't apply.

Btw new update mine old application approved today. The enquiry is made by hdfc bank itself.

Then that should be second cibil enquiry for same application. It happens with hdfc bank.

It happened for me with Yes bank.

For my case, HDFC inquired three times useless, however I from my end applied only once.
Fought, and removed all 3 inquires. Just the one I applied, remains.
