What & why? This extra transaction that occurred while when paying SBI CB CC Bill via PayZap using Burgundy DC?


And why the 1 Rupee separate?
I am confused as the Payment screen/ screenshot was as Single amount. 1678.82

It says NEFT PMT .... AXNFCN?

Also SBI App still shows screen with due amount? Is that normal?

I think 1 rupee is for BBPS card verification auto credit to the Card in most of the platforms.

In SBI app it will credit for sure.

So this 1 Re went from AXIS DC to SBI CC as a temporary 1 Re & then will get reversed?
Thanks. In how much time? I'll check then so I can validate and next time be aware of "legit" vs "weird" transactions.

Bro, I am trying to understand the desi CC & Banking system.
As I've mentioned before I was on bed for several years and US prior to that.

Bro, I am trying to understand the desi CC & Banking system.
As I've mentioned before I was on bed for several years and US prior to that.
It seemed weird and suspicious so I am asking/ trying to understand.

This 1 rupee won't be reversed. It's for validation of the card

As per a support thread opening with PZ, they say they have no record of such a Txn, I should talk to other parties.

This is hella confusing. Looks like I have to talk to SBI CC and AXIS DC folks to figure out what it means.
