What will happen if I pay my credit card in full and then immediately spend the money again?

Absolutely nothing will happen as long as the payment is reflecting in your available limit. You do not even have to wait for the payment to actually settle, as long as it reflects in your available limit you're good to go ! Happy spending ... lol

This is correct .. available limit matters ..

nothing will happen but wait until you get confirmation that payment is received, and then you can use again

But don't make it a habit. If you do it on regular basis your account may get flagged.
Banks do not care, amex perhaps being the only exception here, that too only for new card accounts. I have done that for years now with NO consequence !!
It's simple, the more you spend, the more they earn from MDR ! One of the things which actually can flag your account is manufactured spending for rewards, milestone benefits etc over a period of time which make the banks loose money instead of making money from you ! Another thing that can flag an account is business spends on personal cards, other than that banks really do not care.

you re right
anything in excess is harmful to health .. everthing in moderation !!

Most banks wouldn't have a problem with it.

But depending on the card you have, some banks don't allow this at all. They don't refill your limit even after you've paid your dues.
The limit gets increased only post statement generation so do note at that available limit number before going on a shopping spree again.

Hearing this for the first time. I have 30+ cards and for each of them the available credit limit is updated as soon as payment is realized by bank. Do you have any specific cases where this happened?

All banks update available limit after settlement of the payment. So you can utilise the limit multiple times.
