What's the best email ID to contact SBI for CB details?

It’s becoming difficult and annoying for me to track SBI cashback every day on each transaction, so I’m thinking of emailing them once a week to inquire about the cashback I received on those specific transactions. Is that possible? What email address should I use?

In 2 days cashback gets credited for each transaction you have done. If you start tracking it, its not that difficult provided you can figure out the transactions you are doing is 1% or 5% category. There are some transactions which earn 0% like wallet load and Govt. transactions.

Ya I did try it then I forget to do it for a few days and with enough transactions, it becomes difficult, is there an email I can connect with them to ask for the cashback details?

Don't take too much of a trouble at all.

For ex, imagine you do a transaction worth 518 today. Calculate 5% of 518 (25.9) and remove the decimal portion (.9) of the expected cashback. Keep the whole number part and check if it is credited after 48 hours.
