What's the best way to fund a foreign brokerage account?

I just opened a brokerage outside India. The initial funding is to be done by wire transfer. The base currency is USD and the bank is in the Netherlands. Which bank or app would be the best to do this txn?
Initial txn will be around 1L. I've indusind Exclusive, HDFC Preferred, ICICI Privilege. I've accounts with others banks as well. Is wise a good option(the fees came to around 2.25%)?

What's the best way to do this txn with the best rates?

There is only one way to legally fund a foreign brokerage account as a resident Indian without violating FEMA. Wire transfer via a category 1 authorized dealer as a capital account transfer.
