What's the min limit for DCP and Regalia Gold?

I recently got my MB+ upgraded to Millennia after credit limit increase to 1.98L from 51K. Spends on MB+ were 2.5L in the last 8 months. If I wanted to apply for HDFC Diners Privilege or Regalia Gold what's the minimum limit for each of these cards? I've read it's 3L but people also seem to be getting it for less.
1) Millennia - >1L
2) DCP - >2L
3) Regalia - >3L
Is this correct?

It totally depends on bank, if they want to issue you infinia with a limit of 10k then nobody can stop them to do it.

💯 one thing sure is in banking industry anything can happen, it vastly and majorly depends on person handling our request in bank side.

applies all banks, there is no strict rule for any of that.

as @aniketkr.sharma mentioned they can provide card with 15k limit, and decline to upgrade even if you have 6L limit.

its always better check with another agent/cs if first one is not in our favor.
