What's Time taken by ICICI to open Savings Account(Paper form mode) from Branch?

I didn't give NandAN'S Aadhar.... Gave PAN & Voter id. What time did you receive sms(morning or evening)?

I got my wealth account opened recently, took me 4 days.

Mostly it takes T or T+1 days. A rare case of long time. ICICI is known for such things at many branches. The one I have at my place is best as staff don't believe in delaying things.
Anyways, yesterday morning around 11 AM, a friend opened at Unity Branch too. Got acc. no. and cust id from branch over call after 2 PM and it activated instantly. No Aadhaar used. But at same time PNB recently took 7 days to open offline account for one of my cousin. He was fed up but once it opened everything calmed down.
So depends on how branch handle things.

Which unity branch? place? My Voter ID they (in Branch) didn't zoom while taking photocopy. So, they have withheld.... Unlearned Staff said rejected without checking, i got angry & said cancel. Now repenting.... will see what i can do tomorrow
New Delhi. 🙂 Voter ID didn't zoomed? Did you gave your original voter ID? They take copy of that on branch Photostat machine. There is no need to zoom it when you place original on scanner. Maybe Staff person handling it has done wrong settings and scaling is down while copying.
I never faced such issue and I provide my PAN and DL always.

I had given Original Voter id itself...
Problem is Arrogance with Staff in Many Branches.... I felt many ICICI staff have the attitude and if one says of giving complaint to Compliance Officer (Investor relations), they don't care... Not seen such attitute in any of PSU Banks too...
As things were getting delayed, I told the Creature who handled my case to stop (day before which i had lodged written complaint to their Grievance) . He in turn hiding his mistake, has mailed the backend stating customer not ready to provide neccessary eocuments AND so account opening didn't go through...
