When do we get LE after getting limit transferred to another card?

Hi,

Sometime back as I required some decent limit for my SBI Cashback Credit Card, I had asked SBI CC to transfer some limit from SBI SimplySAVE (1L), SBI Cashback Credit Card was 20K only, so made both the SBI Cards 60K each, now I still sometime feel SBI Cashback with 60K is just low LoL. So, I just wanted to know when exactly SBI start giving LE again, and would it be on both cards or what?

I also got SBI CB last September as my first SBI card with 50K Limit still now no LE given. I am thinking of getting SimplySave C2C via the agent with ICICI 4.2L. And I will also transfer another 55K to SBI CB.
LE is given on a specific card.
