When do you receive Axis Magnus rewards for spending 1L

Hey guys, I have been trying to find out when exactly you receive the 25k reward points for spending 1L in a month as i did for last 3 months and so far nothing received. Do i need to call support for this or it usually takes this long?

People have received September month’s milestone points couple of days back

So it takes about 4 months for milestone points to be credited

Spends counts on calendar month or billing month?
I have 18th as bill generation date
If i spend 1 lac b/w 1st to 18th and another 1 lac from 18th to 31st
It's count as two separate bonus or one bonus?

For travel edge multiplier comes in within 15 to 30 days , gyftr 90-120 days
Grabdeals are credited a bit earlier than gyftr I.e 60 to 90 days
