When does Citi provides referral offer voucher?

Has anyone applied for a CC under the Citibank credit card referral offer for 5k voucher? Also the 2k for each add-on. When do we get the voucher?

can't find the mail. but they had an offer of 2k per new add-on card applied for upto 5 cards (i.e. 10k)

I have applied add-on for my mother, application has went through and card is dispatched and will arrive by tomorrow. I'll update on the steps to get Add-on offer of 2k Amazon voucher on spending Rs. 1000 within 30 days.

You fill the form. Their executive will call for home appointment. They will come to your house with add-on form and they take Aadhar copy.
