When Home loan emi starts?

I applied for home loan from PNB. my loan is approved but amount is not yet disbursed. My Emi is due on 31st July. I checked various forums and found that emi starts after disbursement of loan amount.

Obviously after disbursement.

They'll let you know.

There are certain scenarios in bank loans where due is on 10th of month (as per doc) but cuts EMI on 25th, that's the case with SBI.

So beware.

Then say, I don't need loan from your bank.

Other bank is offering me better interest rate. He will comeback to you like .

If you have proper income proofs, many banks will want you as customer for home loan but it's definitely lengthy process, as you may know.

Take your call wisely.

Yes EMI should start once the amount is transferred to the developer. Check with branch manager to see how they have planned it.

It means they have set auto debit on 25th.
You can ask them to change it as per your convenience

Looks like . Finally they changed debit date to next month
