When is CIBIL updated

When exactly is CIBIL report updated, mine gets updated very randomly (not on 15/30). I am not able to see any pattern in the updation.
Also i have CC from 2 different banks and they also update on different dates (again not able to see a consistent pattern here).

It is becoming very difficult to track <30% utilization

I read this thread posted by you. But it has been very random for me. I dont know when my banks report it (PNB and SBM).
Also multiple times during a month i get alerts in CIBIL regarding change in uitlization and score.
