When will cashback was credit in Emi option?

Actually i have a IDFC first bank credit card.. From which i purchased a Home appliances and there is an offer showing that emi cashback offer ... So i purchase item from emi option for 3 month After cashback my amount was 28000...
So i want to know that when was my cashback was credit... After paying all emi or other way?

Its usually mentioned in the T&C. Check for it there if the offer is still live.
