When will I get complimentary vistara tickets?

I have recently got the Sbi vistara credit card. I have a question. The bill is generated. When will I get the complimentary flight ticket? Right after paying the joining fee or do I have to wait till next bill generation?

In case of Axis, if you pay immediately, you get the tickets within 10 days. Never tried with SBI though.
