@Walter White I am in the same boat. I have an Airtel axis credit card with limit as 23K which was issued by the bank on basis of God knows what as they refused to take income documents during home visit.
Now I have sent a email with my salary slip and bank statements to PNO on 22-Dec and in every 3 daya getting a generic reply thet they are looking into the matter and will revert in 3 days. Tarikh pe tarikh.
Not sure what could be my next steps on this ? Is there any higher escalation level within axis to raise a complaint?
