When you get extremely pissed off with Axis Bank PNO

@Walter White I am in the same boat. I have an Airtel axis credit card with limit as 23K which was issued by the bank on basis of God knows what as they refused to take income documents during home visit.

Now I have sent a email with my salary slip and bank statements to PNO on 22-Dec and in every 3 daya getting a generic reply thet they are looking into the matter and will revert in 3 days. Tarikh pe tarikh.

Not sure what could be my next steps on this ? Is there any higher escalation level within axis to raise a complaint?

Bhai mere case me to nov 12 se chal rha hai.. tareekh pe tareekh.
But gazab ki baat hai mera issue to resolved hai but they are still looking into the matter.

Inse acche se baat karo toh kabhi sahi se reply nhi karte. 😝
 
PNO is customer care, won't solve nowadays, i however got cibil hit and they said after 6 months we will increase, they won't give now due to multiple cibil hits by hdfc enquiries
 
Why only Axis and HDFC ?

Last week, I closed my 1Card on 04/01 (so they said). My SBM BANK FD will be refunded within 7 days - so says their email of 04/01.

Yesterday, I sent a reminder to 1Card - asking for my refund.

Those dull head chaps have sent a reply which is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT AND STUPID to say the least.

Same case they are not replying. 2 week ho gye.
