Where can I check cashback amount on HSBC Cashback card?

Last month I applied for HSBC cashback credit card and yesterday I received first statement of the card. The spends are around 32k.

I am not able to see where cashback details mentioned in the statement also I am not able to see cashback related details in internet banking.

Can some one help me to get more knowledge on cashback details this card?

The Cashback details aren't included in the monthly statement. You'll receive the cashback directly in your card account within 45 days of the statement generation.

HSBC app and netbanking doesn't have many features unlike other private banks. Based on your statement date, the cashback will be credited. For ex, if your statement date is 18th of each month, you will get cashback by 8th - 10th next month. Apart from the statement you can't see the cashback details anywhere and only will show the overall cashback, you can't see transaction wise.

Hsbc lacks in so many basics. Doesn’t even have IMPS facility on savings accs

when cashback arrived, I will be able to see it in my CC bill statement only?
because the guy above you said "The Cashback details aren't included in the monthly statement." ??

and whenever it arrives, it will be adjusted in my bill amount? and I will only have to pay the difference?

ex:
- Jan'24 First statement generated.
- In Feb'24 statement contains:
total earned cashback in Jan'24 statement
and same adjusted to Feb'24 bill

pay the total due (Feb spends - Jan cashback) reported in Feb'24 statement.

I have a doubt, I got the card on Jun 27th and billing date was July 11th, on July 12th I got the statement but there was no cashback in the statement, neither did it come for a complete month. In Aug, on 11th I got my second statement and it also has no cashback details but by evening 10% cb of tnx that happened between Jul 11th and Aug 11th, which means the cashback for aug bill cycle was there but the cashback for july bill cycle is still missing along with the 1k amazon voucher on spending 10K+ within 30days of the card issuance. Has this happened with anyone before, should I write a mail to them asking about the missing cb from July statement?

Rewards Credit isn’t cashback . AFAIK they haven’t posted cashback for any month for users onboarded in June/July !

but it did reduce my total outstanding and is precisely 10% of the spends I made in the prev billing month, sounds a lot like cashback to me. Anyways we have to wait for the next statement for this tnx to show up to verify.

My bill cycle of this Live+ is on 12th. I did only transaction on 8th July for 10K which falls under 10% CB (MCC confirmed by cust support) category. Today, I recieved a notification stating that ₹786 has been credited as Reward points. Should I consider this as Cashback? If yes, anyone else who had faced the same issue of receiving lower amount of cashback than the original amount?
