Where to find Control Number

I applied for Axis Vistara card a few months ago via agent. It led to as many as 3 enquiries on my CIBIL and yet I didn't receive the card.
Now, I tried reaching out to Axis support for removal of enquiries and they mention the requirement of

latest official CIBIL report in PDF format since we require the Control number and customer details to investigate further for Enquiry suppression.

Now, I usually fetch my CIBIL Report from either OneScore/Airtel/BajajFinserv, but seems like none of them provide Control number.

So, is there a way to get official PDF with all the details?
I guess one has to probably pay 400-500 via official channels, not sure though!
Also, is there a way to get official PDF for free?

Go to OneScore > CIBIL> Profile > (At the bottom) Click on Report an error > Copy the control number from there.

Edit: Click on any card and go to the bottom of the app, it's not necessary that you click on Profile.

You can find control number in cibil report pdf file shared by airtel on your email.

CIBIL directly offers free credit report only once a year.

If you want to download CIBIL report pdf file, then you can try IIFL website and Paisabazaar website, I have used them.
