Where to transfer Magnus ER to book flight to US for brother?

Which Airlines partner will allow me to book flight for my brother from India to US, using the miles transferred from my Axis Magnus EdgeRewards? I don't have an account with any of the Airlines partners mentioned there, except Vistara.

i haven't booked yet. But you can book ticket to anyone using your miles. 47k -51k miles required for india to us plus 30-45$ conv charges, which is cheap among all.
