Whether RBL email customer support is worst in epic way

I got my RBL EDC debit card on 5th September. Did my first transaction on 7th September.

Now as per the rule within 30days, I should receive the welcome benefit but till now I have not received it.

So, I mailed them and that is the reply..the shocking portion is in bigger font

What I should do next??

This is with reference to your email dated October 03, 2024 regarding debit card voucher.

At the outset, we apologies for delay in response and inconvenience caused to you.

We wish to inform you that once the the POS/ Ecom transaction is done within 90 days of the issuance, customer gets the voucher on the registered email address & mobile number within 30 days. The vouchers can be claimed within 120 days of receipt of SMS/email.

However, we regret to inform you that you have not done the transaction within 90 days hence you are not eligible for the voucher.​

If you need any further assistance in this regard, please write to us quoting the reference id 93283763 we will be glad to help you.

I have decided to close all my relationship as this mat become harmful to you anytime
 
Write a strong reply and escalate to next levels.
This is called deficiency in service.
 
My understanding based on your pasted mail,

POS/ Ecom transaction is done within 90 days of the issuance

"It will take 90 days first to record your transaction"

Customer gets the voucher on the registered email address & mobile number within 30 days

"then it will take another 30 days to reach that voucher to you"

So, you have to wait 90 days first to ask the same and then within 30 days to get the same.

This is my understanding that they poorly crafted the words, and I'm not expert for this card and/or benefits, so you'll know in detail more than me.
