Which bank give pre approved offer credit card

Which bank give me pre approved credit card in few months if i open account ? except 1. hdfc as i aldready have account there
2. try to open in icici as google maps say there is branch but no branch their, only empty location. 3, i try to open in kotak mahindra bank but not able as they are showing error of incomplete address.
Except these three suggest me some other.
Zero balance account.

From what I have observed especially across Kotak and ICICI is that having a regular account goes a long way than having a zero balance account with regards to pre-approved offers. If you simply want basic card such as a virtual upi one (which these days anyone can get whether customer or not) then no need to open account in certain cases as well.

? My question is different. As i didn't get basic credit card that is reason i choose pre approved through opening account in bank ok suggest me some account which gave me pre approved faster by maintaining some Balance
