Last week I used SBI Cashback card on Paytm Pos machine where acquiring bank was HDFC bank but when SBI settled transaction (which I did on some hospital bill), I did not get a single rupee cashback.
Hence, I got a query, does anyone got any experience of paying hospital bills using credit cards and get some rewards (cashback/points)?

You should be getting 1% since it was an offline txn. Why zero?

DCB, SCB ULT, INFINIA -3.33%, possibility of SBI Pulse as well which has health and medicine as a special multiplier category ( need to verify).Pay via the hospital pharmacy for this.

I want to update here that I can see today cashback received. I did transaction on 18th evening and saw it settled on 20th morning with no cashback. Today i see I got cashback credit for that transaction.
