Which card provides best discounts for Domestic Flight tickets?

In a plan to book to and fro domestic flight tickets.

I hold Amex plat travel card, here belairtrip is offering flat 12% and ixigo, cheaptickets offering 15%, 10% respectively with some T&C. and further ixigo vouchers can be purchased. Is there a better approach here for rewards?

Secondly, Is there any other credit card which provides best benefits.
