Which card to use to pay 52k property tax using apay gv

As the title says I have to pay 52k in property taxes by 31st may and me and my father have the following cards:-

1. Hdfc millennia
2. Amex plat travel (spent 1.8L till now and planning to spend the rest on jewellery purchase)
3. Sbi ril card (basic one)
4. Hdfc neu infinity
5.axis fk, Neo and myzone card
6. Kotak mojo card
7. Indusind legend

Btw their is no surcharge on card payment but most cards won't provide any rewards besides plat travel.

Btw they also accept amazon vouchers as well. Is their any way I could buy 52k apay gv?

Pmc had no option for apay wallet so paid 20k via neu infinity through neu app and rest for pcmc tax via website by buying 30k apay vouchers using plat travel. Felt it was most optimal method.
