these card i have that on visa/mastercard/rupay that are allowed. so 678 would be total charges. so using idfc wealth is the best option or any debit card would be usefully.

Why not try and HDFC Biz Black on Diners network, most rewarding card for tax payments

Idfc wealth is the best option here.
Check for preapproved offer in your current account. If biz black or biz power is available take it. Don't take any lower variant like biz mb or grow.
