Which credit card is best

I want a sbi card for online shopping offer on Flipkart and Amazon
I want to know which card is best for this purpose
If possible annual fees reversal should be around 50k (bpcl irctc)
Or provide more benefit for paying annual fees
On YouTube sbi vistara credit card is considered best will that work on instant discount offer

Please suggest which card should i pick

The cheapest option is BPCL card with fee 499 + gst and 50k annual fee reversal.
