Which insurers offer waiver of premium on completing the daily steps target?

Since apple launched the Zopper wellness program many TFCians have posted that their Health insurance rewards them for staying fit and walking daily steps.
I don't have a health insurance as my employer covers all medical expenses. However, I would like to know which all insurer's have this offer and what are the broad/important TnC of the insurance.

Niva Bupa Health insurance gives waver upto 15% percent of the premium.
For 2.5% you have to walk total 45L steps(Total)
For 7.5% 67.5L steps
For 10% 90L steps
For 15% 112.51L steps
