May I know which card is better "SBI PRIME CARD" or "SBI BPCL"

It will be always helpful if you tell where you would like to use those cards. Annual spends, remaining cards.

Lifestyle card vs Fuel Card.

same card for all expenses. Mostly I use for paying rent

Most banks have restricted/devalued rewards on rent transactions.
If feasible get a good lifestyle card like Axis Magnus or the SC Ultimate instead.

all SBI cards are paid. if you want for all spend take other banks LTF cards.

Check and analyze your spends like: Offline, online, utility bill payments. then inside that, grocery shopping, fuel, movies, food like this,

Then check that particular credit card features which suits your above spend and then take credit cards. also prefer to take lifetime free credit cards instead of paid ones.

I agree with others replies. IF you need to choose between these 2 then SBI BPCL is having low annual fee of 499 + gst and fee waiver only 50k.
