Which is the most rewarding way to pay credit card bills?

I have to pay around 2-4 Lakhs rupees credit card bills every month from various banks such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, Yes Bank and IDFC. Please suggest me a way where I can get some reasonable cashback.
