Which is the best way to get LTF Regalia?

I want to get LTF Regalia with Priority Pass. I am even open to start a new savings account also (but not any premium ones which need 1 or 2L MAB).

I already hold AMEX cards with 2L limit. Also hold IDFC First, ICICI APAY.

Please share tricks/ best way. If I can get it LTF even without opening any account then thats also great!

Apply offline through card to card , and make sure the agent confirms it will be LTF.

Mostly card to card is lower variants card are LtF in hdfc

I have a basic 10k account with HDFC and yet they offered me Regalia LTF. If you have any other card with a 3lakh limit you can apply c2c or its better to apply offline via an agent. They were literally handing out LTF cards. Opening a normal account might not help cause they’ll maybe offer you the cashback/Millenia card. Visit a branch, tell them you want the Regalia only.

I went to my branch today and the CC guy told me that I could get LTF Regalia, but he needs to check my account for a "token". Does anyone know what that is? Also, do we need to wait 3 months after closing a card with HDFC before getting a new one?

Is your limit too low? Closing the card means no new card from HDFC for 6 months. They are handing out Regalia and Millenia LTF pretty aggressively since 5-6 months now.

On Moneyback Plus, it is 75k. I don't use it generally. I do have Icici Platinum Chip with 7 Lakh limit. But it is only few month old. Thinking about using it to get other cards on C2C basis but not sure how old my card needs to be

That kinda limit will open many doors for you. You should ask some agent offline if they’ll be able to get you the card before the cooldown period ends. You can easily get a regalia with a good limit and then later upgrade it to DCB.

I don’t think they issue it directly. With a 7.5 lakh FD you can (I read it somewhere) but for upgrade they need a limit of 5 lakhs on a HDFC card.
