KrisFlyer Miles Which partner to transfer for Krisflyer miles?

So I am planning a trip with Singapore Airlines requiring approx 120000 miles.

Currently have 10000 miles in krisflyer account and need to decide for 110000 miles tranfer.

Options:
1. Transfer all 110K from HDFC Infinia points
2. Transfer approx 80K from Amex (2:1 ratio)- So will need 160K Amex points
3. Transfer partially (30K from Axis MB, 40K from Amex and rest from HDFC)

I am not sure which option to use or for that matter does it even make sense to use SQ for award flights?

Accor > anything else. so keep your MB safe.

Transfer all from Amex. As that's the most useless points.

Alternatively if you can wait a little then wait for Marriot sale.

There you will get 30% extra.

So transfer 46154 MR = 60000 Marriot = 25000SQ. (Try to earn 12308 more points and get 50k SQ).

Essentially 1.84:1.

Rest transfer from the 2nd most useless card after Amex i.e. HDFC.

Now be nice and give me rep points.

What is the per point value you are getting by booking via SQ miles?

Apprx 1.6 to 1.8 Rs per point basically booking business class for 45k points which costs 80k approx

Issue is.. not sure I can wait for Marriott sale as my card will be due to renewal before that and I want to get rid of plat charge this year.


So seems will have empty my HDFC followed by Amex

SQ miles requirements are typically high. You can look at alternates like United or Turkish Miles
