Which bank and salary account variant are you holding? And what all benefits ( Debit card, subscription, free locker etc ) are you reaping from this account.
Also plz specific your salary range to help understand the eligibility.
Salary account should be zero balance is the criteria to ensure its pure salary account.

Salary range - 1.5lk - 2lk pm
Benefits - Free cibil, priority banking, Rubxy LTF otherwise none
