Who says axis has worst customer service?

Requested axis customer care to close my Flipkart axis card. They were giving paid iocl card as "upgrade" and refused to upgrade it to Airtel axis. They also offered 2500 edge reward points which I refused. They said they will close after my outstanding amount is settled. I loaded 163 in Paytm wallet from this card as I had gotten that as cashback for July month. After 20 minutes the card is gone from the app and only my myzone card(ltf) is showing.

Does that mean the card is just blocked or is it closed?

Call customer care they can reactivate it if service request is not completed yet
