Why is Axis Ace being branded as Offline Spends Card?

I've come across several posts suggesting Axis Ace for offline spends. Why is it so as it gives 2% CB for online spends too?

Because it is the card that gives 2% CB unlimited for exclusively for Offline transactions…
Means no other card gives that much for offline in that segment

It doesn’t mean that it won’t give CB for online transactions

Ofcourse except some premium cards
But for a basic card no other card can beat axis ace in offline reward rate
