Why is Axis Bank mobile application full of bugs?

Hello,
Whenever I try to log into axis mobile application, it really makes my mobile very glitchy. When I try to access details about my credit cards and transactions, I am just not able to view all the details and error throws up that "no details available".

Travel edge on mobile logs me out when I try to view miles transactions for Atlas. Interactions are not smooth. Axis Aha is another black sheep where it is not able to connect with a human half of the time.

Are you also facing these issues? Is there any fix for this?

Personally never had any issue. But then I only have one lone cc.
Call the customer care number. All bots of all companies are useless
