Why is my tokenized transaction limit more than my actual limit?

I think credit card allow for overlimit usage with some caps and a fee. That's why it could be higher amount. Also, one another way is you can temporarily pay credit card to increase the limit for transactions above CL, but in this case too they are specifying limits to what is the maximum you pay for. These could be the probable reason.
