I got thriwe on idfc wealth add on. As the add on card no is different from parent card one can get 4 memberships on idfc wealth 1parent +3addon

i did receive through infinia so it work, you need to ask the support team and in 2-3 weeks they will get back to you with a code for amazon and bb
