Most likely, BoB has blocked wallet transactions for your card. They do it if you do frequent wallet load transactionsIs there any limit for Amazon Wallet Load? I'm trying to load 9k in Amazon Wallet using BoB Eterna, after OTP, the payment is not going through. It's saying - "Payment could not be processed, Try again." What could be the reason?

Small value single transaction will go through... Once you do multiple transactions and of higher value, bank starts blocking. Eterna is also known to block wallet transactions in first 90 days, if they find repeated pattern of loadsBut I am able to load 1000 successfully. Seems like they are blocking large amount transactions? Any idea if there’s any such limit for new credit card accounts since my eterna’s age is less than a month.

Some users are able to do single high value transactions also on wallets, but they use their card at all other places including offline
There is one thread on TF on this topic, you can try and search. I am not able to find it handy
