Axis Vistara Card Will Axis Vistara earn points and milestones on NPS Tier 2 before January?

I will hit the ₹1,25,000 milestone with Axis Vistara if I do the 50k NPS Tier 1 payment, if it's counted. So I wanted to confirm. Also, is this better or is Amex MRCC better? In Amex, I can use that to earn 6000 points almost.
