Will ICICI issue Apay card based solely on credit history if you are a Prime member? No income proof

I'm a student with very little income. I freelance from time to time. I've had a Prime account and lots of spends on Amazon and Prime for close to 4 months. I got an offer when I was 19 but 21 was the minimum age. I turned 21 recently. 1L limit from HDFC and 9-month history. My income I stated to HDFC was 2.9L self-employed (Highest monthly income X12). And since I'm NTB with ICICI and don't want to waste a credit enquiry. What's the probability of getting the card?
I thought of applying for a savings account to increase my chances but my nearest branch asked for a 25K min balance. Tried opening an account online at 10K MAB and it referred me to the branch.
Any advice? I'm happy to park an FD for up to 9 months if needed. But I already have a secured card with Kotak. Will it show up as a secured card in the credit report?

Get a core card from ICICI, like platinum chip, which is relatively easier to get. Then after some time, you will have an option to get the Apay card on the basis of existing card.

1 year old credit history required
You will get it without income proof

Yes, I had a similar card setup.

Flipkart Pay Later (IDFC First Bank 6k limit)
Kotak 811 Card (10k FD, 8k limit)
2 Year credit history

Applied amazon pay card and got 2 lac plus limit.

I went to the bank and asked for a savings account but I don't want to put 25K as MAB. If it was 10K it would have been fine. 25K is a bit too much
You can email CC and say bank is denying 10k MAB and give details about the same. They'll refer you to someone there and it'll be opened.

or, just go to a different branch.

I asked them via email whats the MAB for a specific branch. got this reply
" With reference to your mail, the minimum monthly average balance of the account opening is based on the customer eligible criteria.
Hence, the Minimum monthly average balance for the account opening is decided by branch based on customer profile. "
