Worst Card Ever

PNB Bank's credit card is the worst. Today the statement was generated, but I received no reminder, SMS, or email. When I checked the Genie app, it showed up there. On top of that, it's showing the wrong current outstanding amount. I've used 32k on the card since I got it, but it's currently showing 60k. When I called the IVR, it said my card is blocked. I don't know what kind of system they have.

PNB bank is like that only. They send very late statements and sometimes they do not send email.

They didn't sent any email/SMS or reminder to Neerav Modi therefore he also forgot to pay the dues

I just rember the date of statement generation and pay on same day. In past 4 months of getting their card, I have only received statement email/sms once, that also very close to last due date.

Don't mind but out of all the cards out there, why did you choose PNB if I may ask?

Do not expect any SMS or email from PNB. Keep a reminder to pay the due on a certain day. it happens to all of us.

I just checked. They have corrected it. However, I didn't expect such services from such a big bank. They still need to improve a lot.

I have cards from all banks except this one. Now I've got that too 😂

Reminds me of ICICI who has an odd habit of not sending a statement over SMS/email if the bill amount is less than a rupee and yet they will report you to CIBIL if you miss clearing that rupee!

I only use cards when there's an offer.
